1. Williams 1st Choice Janitorial Services is a professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded.
2. Payment: Our booking fee is $30. Non refundable. You are able to reschedule one time and not lose your booking fee. Must book within 30 days. Your booking fee goes toward your balance.. We require full payment upon arrival of our service for all first time customers and big jobs. Failure to pay for services will result in denial of future services. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you have 24 hours to inform us and schedule a date and time for corrections. (Free of charge)
3. We provide all equipment and supplies. All employees arrive in company t-shirts.
4. Cancellations and Schedule changes: In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, we ask that our clients notify us two days in advance.
That way we have a good amount of time to fill that spot and keep our employees working a full schedule.
5. No one can be in the home during the cleaning. (Exceptions are made by case)
6. All pets are to be put away during the time of your cleaning. (Exceptions are made for service animals)
7. Please be sure your home is accessible to our cleaning team. If you are not at home when we arrive, please deactivate your security alarm or provide us with a code to access your home. If our cleaning team can’t access your home or is turned away after arrival (for any reason), a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the bill due for the service that would have been performed, will be due.
8. Williams 1st Choice Janitorial Services is not responsible for damage due to improper or faulty installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require special attention. (Example: Clogged/backed up plumbing, loose fixtures, etc.) We will notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs. In the event that the client finds any damage in the home as a result of our cleaning service, we ask that you notify Williams 1st Choice Janitorial Services immediately.
